i like this guy but he is being really mean. but i am having a bunch of weird feelings for girls and i don't know what to do!!!! and i have lots of dreams about this!! plz help!!! i don't know what to do!!!

Why do you have to "do" anything? If you're really attracted to someone, you don't have to do anything, or you could ask them out. Stop trying to label yourself and just accept your feelings, whatever they happen to be. Don't stress out over them.

Don't even bother with labels.  They'll just confuse you.  Give it time.  You are still discovering your sexuality.  You will know when you have it figured out (even if there still is no label for it).
