  1. if ur a vegan or vegaterian eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich w/ an orange. then sme grapes.or sme chips. if you eat meat and dairy products then a pizza. or turkey and chesse.


  2. Tuna salad sandwich on wheat with a pickel & chips.

If your a vegetarian, there are great sandwich products by tofurky.  Just add what you would on a sandwich (tomatoes, pickles, cheese, whatever you like).  There are so many items out there you wont miss anything.  They all have great flavor,  I have noticed that bring a vegetarian is more popular and there are tons of protien products on the market.  Look in the produce section for the tofurky slices.  

  4. Sandwiches like PB and J/etc or tofurkey or lightlife deli slices with tomato and hummus or vegan mayo, cold pasta, mini salad, quinoa or couscous and beans, vegan chili, soup, stir-fry, roll-ups/wraps, vegan tuna or potato salad, vegetables with rice.
