I don't know what is wrong, help, spyware or virus or what?

I don't know what is happening I got two things to scan for spyware, one of them does virus and spyware and the other doesn't they scan and say there isnt any virus or spyware but there must be because these windows keep popping out that seem to want to down load other software that "detects" spyware and some other websites. What is this and why my scaners wont detect these??

PS: what i've got is One Care and Spyware Terminator

First you want decent spyware not the ones you have. You will need to update whatever you load, then scan in safe mode. You  will need to identify the program that is infecting your machine, some require special removal tools.

dont download it u have spyware on ur computer but all its doing is tell u to go on the website dont do it
