I don't know what language to learn help?

I want to learn czech or russian but i'm not sure which one, which one takes more time and which one is harder.

  4. they both sound hard!!!...lol...im taking sign...so easy and fun 2....my teacher is deaf so we learn a lot because he cant talk

    i think you should go w/ russian, it will help you more then czech, unless ur going to live there. if your looking for a lingo that'll be really beneficial, go for chinese, arabic, hindi, spanish, french...one of those

    but russians still a good choice...i would recommend it over czech

  13. Absolutely any. Our country is certainly a melting pot and any language would definitely be helpful.

  20. They are both Slavic tongues and are difficult to learn for a person speaking a Germanic language such as English, or a Romance language such as French or Spanish.

    Russian is more useful, especially now since it appears that the Cold War will return, with Russia playing it's old Soviet-style invasion games.

  21. ive heard russian is not hard at all... once you get past the alphabet.  BUT... i think it would be more practical than czech.
