I don't know what medication to take for cramps? plz help me!?

I have really bad cramps in my lower back and my legs get numb and i don't know what medication would work best for me. aleve, midol, advil, or tylenol. which do you prefer?

For menstrual pain I take Midol, but you really have to try them out and see for yourself.  Trial and error is the way to go.

Extra Strength Midol is my pain reliever of choice.

Are these cramps because of your period?? then  you should take some midol, it works really well for me.

1 word...MIDOL...trust me its my lifesavor.I get really really bad cramps, ive been getting them since i started my period (when i was 10)..my cramps r sooooo bad and midol helps me so i bet itll helpp u 2
