I'm 19. I did my A-levels last year. I was not happy with the results. So I decided to go back to school and I applied for university also. I got answer from the uni and it's already a week since I joined classes.

The thing is my university tests and A-Levels exams are clashing. Not all of them, just about two. In addition, my teacher from school wants to see me there at least three times per week even if she knows that I'm at the university. What do I do? I thought I'd be able to cope and I am with my studies. Do I just give up?? I've worked so hard and my parents have already paid.

  1. http://www.lesmingle.com/  has your answer.

  2. I'd first talk to your parents and ask them for their opinion.

Then I'll ask the school counselor/advisers for theirs.  (They're suppose to help students with this sort of questions, that's what they're paid for.)

Finally, I'll ask myself, which is more important for me in the LONG run.

    good luck

  3. Talk to the teacher of the school she can address it to the board of directors. maybe for those 2 days which are clashing you can get alternative days.. a lot of people go to uni and work part time so you should be able to arrange a time with your teacher to meet her when you have finished your hours at university.. she should accomodate you. Or ask at the uni if you can swap days if that is possible.. As you already know more or less what the studies at school are about, you can do a lot of the studies at home and just study harder than last year.. to get better results... get all your study material you covered last year together and if you understand that.. then chances are you will get it right with your A levels next time even if the questions will be all different.. the basics will be the same...If all this is too much, ask if you can get your money for university refunded and you start next year.. discuss this with your parents as they are paying..x*x
