Alright, so. I'm an african-american girl who's currently wrapping her hair at night. But school started monday, and we have to work out in athletics for the first time tomorrow! My beautitionist suggested I should wrap my hair and workout, then up-wrap it after we're done. BUt the problem with that is one; I don't want to look stupid walking around with my hair wrapped all day, and two, it's still going to be all sweaty when I unwrap it so that's no good. What do you suggest I do to maintain my wrap(I get it done every two weeks)? I own a straightener but I know it's not good to straighten your hair every day, and being african-american I can't wash it on a daily basis either.
