I don't know what to do!! please help!!!?

Question

i switched on my computer and on the desktop wallpaper it says that the computer has detected spy-ware!

it says to install an anti virus or anti spy ware to clean my pc.

i have avg anti virus and anti spy-ware installed in my pc, so i did a computer scan and it detected the trojan horse.

while all this was happening and while I'm writing this problem, i keep getting pop ups saying that a threat has been detected and i keep on choosing the option heal or move to vault.

ive done about 6 scans already but the virus does not go away nor the notice on my desktop wallpaper.

ive tried restarting my pc.

it doesn't work

please any advise would help

You have malware posing as an antivirus ad to try to make you buy it - essentially that's it. Download Malwarebytes and see if that helps. The links on my blog source. It's probably the Joke Blue Virus. There's a lot of steps to get rid of it.

Your best bet is to go get it fixed with a computer technician.

I also advise you to do a backup CD of all your important files such as music, photos, and other documents you don't want to lose.

You have described behavior that sounds like Trojan.zlob downloader or similar.  You should download Spybot Search & Destroy 1.6 from link below.  Install it, update it, immunize your pc, and then run a full scan.  Any malware discovered should be removed by selecting the Fix all problems button.  Reboot and then go to link 2 and run the free scanner from Microsoft.  

I had to go through this scenario about 3 weeks ago on a friend's laptop and these steps cleaned it up.
