I don't know what to do with my frickin cats!?

Question

this is lik my 5th time ive asked about my stupid cats now it likes straws so it takes the straw out of my moms drink spills it then she gets pissed and i gotta clean it up. plz i hate cleaning wet floors :-|

get your cat some toys or even straws you could make it a special treat when your mom gets a drink give her a new straw to play with on the floor

My cat Allie loves straws too. I ended up and just bought her a bag of her own. She likes to pull them out one at a time and go stash them. Try getting your cat her own straws to play with or buy your mom a cup with a lid so the spills aren't so bad. Calm down.  Part of the beauty of cats is their eccentricities.

Buy extra straws and put them on the floor for them to play with.  Also additional toys too.  My cats steal my socks which is hysterical.  I don't get angry, because that's what cats do.

That's what is so cool about cats because they are active.  

People who have animals own them for the love of the breed or type.  The way you state your question I think is making everyone wonder.....

I agree with above answer; give your cat her own straw or straws...I'm sure that the straw is the attraction, not the spilling of the drink, so if she has her own...no more spilling.

Cats will play with things, if she is using straws, then she should be aware the cats like to play with them.  So don't use them, or watch for the cats when they are around.  There is not much you can do, cats will be cats.  All I can suggest is to use a squirt gun when they are doing unwanted behavior.  Do not hit them with anything, they will just cower and get skittish.  Sounds like you need to possibly find a new home if you aren't willing to clean up afterwards.

first of all you are too ANGRY...get a grip...

cats do funny things and perhaps if you see things from that point of view then you can at least get rid of the anger...

also quit using the straw...your mom should be able to drink from the glass or cup by now...or sorry if she is ill and needs the straw...then perhaps the straw can be removed when she is finished drinking...

one of my cats loves the cap off the soda bottle...at night if we left a bottle out...then she worked at it till she got it off and then played hockey with it all night...now instead of getting mad at Patches, I tried to get her to tell me how she learned to unscrew the cap...dah
