I don't know whats wrong with me !

i been having right side abdominal pain the pain runs to my leg making my leg feel numb! i was in the emergency room ; i had a cat scan done and some blood test!! everything came out fine but i am still in pain and now have diarrhea i feel very nauses !! has this happen to any one else?
