Ok, right now, I'm this quiet shy girl. Every day, I get mad, because I know that, deep down, I'm a funny and outgoing person. Please, help me deal with it and bring out the true me.

one day i was going to a party, full of people i don't know and it made the perfect chance to talk to people and over come shyness and it worked a treat, gained many new friends and can talk to people without fear

if your scared of rejection, tough luck not everyone will like you, most of the time they are just jealous

i am the same way,,, i bet your pretty also,, i find by not worrying and just be myself and go with the flow helps...........
