I don't know where to volunteer...theres only 1 more month till school... so should i still volunteer?

i cant find any place to volunteer...i have tried to turn in the library volunteer form, but they say alot of people are applying it, so thats over for me, so where should i go now?

i dont like to socialize, i'm shy, so where could i be volunteering?

if in a hospital, lots of people have diseases, or sick, so i don't like the environment of it, in a homeless shelter, i dont think i live near one and i'm afraid to homelesses.

so any advice, plz help thx.

volunteer at the FOOD BANK in your town. It's easy and you can just call and they let you volunteer at the warehouse

Any place in your community will usually accept volunteer services.  

* Goodwill industries (sorting items)

* A nursing home (delivering food)

* Check out daycare centers

* Girls Club or the Y

* Fitness centers

There is at least one elderly person who lives near you who needs your help.  And they would gladly pay you for the help. Ask everyone.  Don't be shy.  We paid $250 a week for someone just to go to the house for a few minutes each day and see if there was anything wrong.  .

Go to volunteermatch.org and type in your zip code. It will give you a listing of all the opportunities in your area. Its never to late to volunteer.
