I don't know which liquid foundation to get?

Question

I am 16 years old with a couple of acne scars and combination skin.

I had MAC makeup for a while and hated it because it made my skin really oily and made it look pale. If you can tell me your experience with the foundations listed below or recommend me something else. Thanks!

hi. im also 16. i have combo skin and minor acne/brownish scars so i get you. i've never tried neutrogena (only blushes and lip glosses which are pretty good), loreal is cheap quality, and covergirl is ok. (the define-a-lash mascara, wetslicks fruitspritzers, and eye shadows are the only good things from there.) i'm gonna have to say it anyways, Bare Minerals does work! trust me i've been using make up since i was young and bare minerals is the best! how come your mom wont buy it??  it is mineral (doesn't have any chemicals bad for skin) there are lots of shades (go to the actual store-sephora- and the girls who work there will test it on your skin to see which foundation matches best), there's also "the starter kit"(which is the one i first bought) that has two tones closest to your skin, a primer, a blush, and a finishing veil, and brushes. it's only like $50 (really good price:) if she still won't  do it, then my bff told me that she buys maybelline true minerals (or somehting like that, i just know it has the word minerals in it) also lots of shades, cheap, ok quality, and covers up decently.

p.s. to get rid of ance scars buy products or creams that say "acne-scar clearing" on them. neutrogena has one, it sorta works, just keep using it

bare minerals JK...LOL but it would be ur best bet...i used to use neautrogena's foundation...i like both their mineral foundation and there new liquid 1 that comes in a tube with a brush attached...u twist it and apply it on ur face, it has good coverage and is clean, on top of that to hold it throughout the day and to get that extra coverage use their mineral foundation, it also comes in a tube u shake it and just apply it on....it works great!!

First, make sure that you are getting the right kind of foundation for your skin.  You can find lots of good foundation at the drugstore, including mineral foundation.
