I don't know why, but I feel really awkward in front of people and when they look at me. Does anyone know why?

If I glance around and notice someone was looking at me during class I freak out! I think 'wow somethings wrong with my hair!' or something. Why do I always do this?

don't feel bad. some people just like to stare. how do you think i feel I'm 29 weeks pregnant and i get looked at as if I'am disgusting to people. your going to be looked at until you die so get use to it.

Either you are just Paranoid, or you have really low self-confidence...

To be honest only you know, if you can't work it out, try talking to someone professional or who knows you well about it.

I think almost everyone does it. I do at least. so don't worry bout it. next time someone is looking at you wierd just smile at them and look away. :D
