I've been drinking Diet Coke for so long time and I'm very tired of it. I know it's bad for my body if I drink too much of Diet Coke. I'd like to know what's a good drink to cleanse my body .. do vitamins work?

  1. Orange juice?

Your system will clear out after a day of not drinking soda.  Its a nonissue.

  2. Many people who don't like cranberry juice take cranberry pills as a supplement for full-body cleanses. You should be able to find some at your local drugstore or health-food grocery shop.

If you're looking for an alternative to Diet Coke, I would suggest water with Crystal Light. They come in great flavors, have 0 calories, are super easy to use and they've recently started packaging the powder in convenient water-bottle sized packets which are easy to keep in your purse, wallet or car. I've even started bringing them to restaurants and adding the powder to water. (May seem a bit cheap but it's saved me SO much money!)

  3. Prune Juice  or Prune Nectar..  or eat lots of raisins!   As for vitamins they only work to the extent your body needs thems!  For instance: If you have lots of calcium in your system you don't need calcium type vitamins!

  4. My herbal drink is good for you.  It cleanses your body and prevents 300 diseases.  It is called First vita Plus.  It tastes good just like orange juice.

  5. You can take plain water and add organic lemon juice and a little bit of Stevia - it makes the best lemonade - my kids love it and it's a staple in our home.  Check out Luke's lemonade recipe on bluedominoes.

  6. Hehe you say you don't like cranberry juice or tea and some knucklehead suggests tea.   Try pommegranite juice.  There is a drink called POM which is supposed to be better than cranberry juice for just that sort of thing.

  7. Hot water with a slice of lemon :)

  8. Drink blueberry juice it actually does the same things as cranberrys as far as your kidneys.
