Well to use the old yahoo toolbar I am sorry I dont know how to help you on that one other than just uninstalling it. Then reinstalling it. But to change the size of your toolbar just right click with the mouse on an empty space on your toolbar and click lock the toolbar or lock toolbar in the little box that appears. Next you can change the size of it by clicking on the edges and moving it around. When you are happy with it just right click in an empty space on the toolbar and click lock the toolbar or lock toolbar again
