  1. we would of won if we got that tri... yer you know the1... these officials obiously know nothing about the game...

anyway who are you to say

'I told you, you weren't good enough!'

we invented the bloody game, we are amazing at the game.. runs in our culture

and how are we (the supporters) not good enough...

you dont know how good i am do you?

oh wat did we not shout and sing loud enough?, could you not hear us? i was in england and i still heard it!

go away this site is for questions not lame braggers that cant even win properly!

  2. I'm Welsh and although I'm not a Rugby fan was gunning for England to win just because of this sort of reaction by Welsh people and it would have been great for a UK team to win.  I think its a real shame they didn't.    My English partner would have liked it too!

And there are plenty of Welsh supporters who "boast and brag" too.

Lets face it, England got further in this competition than Wales did.  Like I said, I'm not a rugby fan so it doesn't bother me.

EDIT: No it wouldn't bother me in the slightest to have Johnny Wilkinson made "a fuss off", I have nothing against the English and unlike you have no chip on my shoulder regarding England.    I personally get more sick and tired of Charlotte bloody Church and Gavin Henson as I have met them both and they are revolting.  And yet the Welsh media never shut up about them. At least Wilkinson seems nice enough chap.

And anyway, if you think I'm just an "Englishwoman with a Welsh accent" (despite all my family and ancestors being born in Wales as far back as I can go except one group from Southern Ireland and one group from Gloucester) and the only thing that makes me "less Welsh" than you is that I am not a bilingual Welsh speaker and that would make most of South Wales "not Welsh") then I guess it doesn't matter does it? Being called "English" does not insult me in the slightest.  My partner is English and he's a wonderful man.

  3. On a very light hearted note, SA beat us fair and square.

How many SA drivers are contesting the Brazilian GP?, the last one got thrown out for kerb crawling. Just having a laugh, well done Boks.

  4. you must be confused.  we (the supporters) weren't playing.  the players that you just said played well were playing and they were the ones who weren't good enough.  we were simply there to encourage them.

  5. HEY, the English were good enough, if they weren't WHY DID THEY REACH THE FINAL THEN!!!!

    STILL.......woooohooooo...GO SOUTH AFRICA

even though I'm an all black supporter

  6. i dont get it

  7. Get a life

  8. well with all these tears flowing i hope all those poor sods in potential flood areas do not get flooded out again

so close and yet so far

  9. we had some bad decisions against us too,the ref made some bad ones, but hey ho...

  10. As a Brazilian, I dont care much about rugby, but Ive heard England lost the final. sorry about that to all those who are in pain.

its funny though the fact that in any popular sport there will always be people who will boo against their own national team. Is it some sort of self-protective manouver to keep their mind at easy when they loose the match?

That thing happens around here when Brazil goes to finals in the WC  aka nearly always ;)

  11. Yeah well told mate, there's way more important things going on other than a load of blokes and a ball!

  12. The supporters for any team that boast and brag get on everyone's titties.  The supporters from any team that yahoo when another team lose also get on everyone's titties.  I felt the game today was pretty even - SA didn't play as well as they have done and England played better than they have.

  13. What the h**l are you going on about? not good enough?

did you actually see the final score by any chance...

SA didn't win by all the much, it was a pretty close game with no tries scored, i think that just indicates the strength and greatness of both teams!

We must be pretty good, if we weren't we wouldn't have been able to win the cup once and been runners up twice!

We've achieved a lot more than some people came to expect!

Congratulations to SA and well done to England!

  14. And what was your team then? let me see, was it Australia? or could it have been Scotland? either way, you are both sore losers, and jealous that your team couldn't scrape through. Our lads played brilliantly, and I for one are proud of them, and wish to congratulate South Africa.
