I don't need glasses... Would it be ok to wear glasses from the 99 cent store.?

I do not even see why you would want to. I mean I guess glasses look pretty good on some people, but some might think your weird for wearing them with no purpose just to look "cool".

if they have any sort of prescription lens in them they'll ruin your vision. if they have just plain fake ones, then go ahead, even though you'll look like a dork for wearing fake glasses.

If you are talking about wearing the cheap dime store  reading glasses to try and look cool; it's probably not going to work. Also, those glasses will make you distance vision blurry (won't cause permant damage or anything like that, but inconvenient). Maybe you could get some cheap, light tinted sunglasses (would probably be far less nerdy). They have a zillion styles, just find some you like.
