  1. Assuming you are not a underage person, (and in the USA) NO, you can only insure cars because cars are insured not drivers.  If you have permission to drive an insured car and have a valid license, you are covered.


  2. depends on his insurance...every policy is differnt...most people don't know what coverage they have until the s hit hits the fan....like are you covered for if a uninsured driver hits.you..? unless u read it u dont know
