  1. your not gonna instantly lose weight, takes months, plus you weight varies day to day, alot of variable, like water and food in your stomach, stop freaking out

  2. A one lb change in weight is nothing but water weight.  Ignore the scale, exercise and eat healthy, you'll feel good.

  3. Try to pump up your Fiber intake!  I use Fitday.com to track my diet and exercise, I have already lost 10lbs in 3 1/2 weeks.  Your only loosing 4 pounds, so maybe you can replace something your consuming in your diet to keep that stinky 4 lbs off, and continue exercising to be healthy and fit.  Good Luck!

  4. The scale is not a very good indicator of health.  Weight can fluctuate 5 pounds or even more, just from water intake on a particular day.  Plus, for women, our monthlies can make our weight fluctuate wildly.  A better way to see how you're doing is to keep track of your measurements, for example, bust, waist and hips.  Or, if you want to do more, you could measure, neck, bust, biceps, waist, abdomen, hips, and thigh.

You want to be well-hydrated and have lots of lean muscle, and water and muscle weigh more than fat, and you want your bones to be dense and well-calicified.  You could get your body fat % measured, if you're concerned, I would recommend having it done at a hospital or medical clinic, to make sure it's done properly.  A good % range for an adult woman is 15% - 25%, but that could be slightly different if you're a teenager, ask your doctor.

It is a good idea to keep tabs on your health, to make sure that your weight doesn't get out of control.  Just eat healthy, eat when you're hungry, drink plenty of pure water, get plenty of exercise, and everything will be fine, and you will be the right weight for you.

  5. Stop weighing yourself every day. The exercise you do today will not show up for a week.
