I don't think it is smegma?

I have this HARD white stuff below the head that won't budge, what is it?

Its under the skin

semgma should wipe right off, if circumcised the smegma will likely be dry but should still come off easily

it is in fact smegma, i had this when i was younger. use a very thin object to get it out from under the skin, i did it with a tweezer, d**n that was a bit painful but nevertheless effective.

Is it little white dots on the head? Because they are pearly penile papules.

Other than that I'm not sure. But if it's hard it could be dried smegma.

It sounds like dry smegma. You should wash under your f******n ay least twice a day otherwise it will build up and start to smell.
