Question:

I don't think the "Baby Borrows "is true to life?

The kids on the show don't enjoy the birth of thier own child and have a chance to bond with it. A mother or father or both grow as the child grows, having these young kids pounced on by older children is not fair to them. How are they expected to react to kids thier own age as thier parents. That is stupid. It is true that these young people are having children before they are really ready for them but so did every generation before them. Having a child is a beautiful thing and becoming a parent with all the ups and downs takes time and love. This show is not how life with children truely is. The shows where they show real parents having to cope with a new baby of thier own is much more real. Everyone says oh that's not me, I won't have as bad a time but parenthood is not easy and as the children grow so does the parent. It is not thrown at you like the TV show.

  1. i agree that its harder with kids that arent their own, but if you have been paying attention, the show has been accomplishing its goal, most of those "kids" now know they arent ready to be parents. so either way  i think its a good experience.

  2. Your right I completely agree with it..But at the same time the teens taking care of the babies and even toddlers is a good idea because at least they get to see things they do have to go through with being a parent..and I know none of us young parents who got pregnant young but maybe they can see that its a lot harder then it looks and that they have things they need to work on before they do get pregnant.

  3. i think parents should be parent and have s seioru hear t to hear talk about s*x with their teens

the good the bad, the ugly and how to be safe

because lets face it we rather haver our teens have safe s*x then non safe unprotected s*x

  4. I dont think it's like real life either. You have a special bond with your own child, not like babysitting someone else's. I watched 30 mins of the first episode and stopped.

  5. well I think the show is more so geared toward teaching teens how hard it is to have a child...so many teens just think that having a baby is "trendy" or "a walk in the park" or "its so easy" I think that it is just going to show that it is much more complicated to have a child than they think....I think that the teens that are on there learn a lot

  6. they are showing the hardships of parenthood.  the parts that are not glamourized by hollywood.

  7. I've never seen the show, nor am I interested in doing so :)

  8. What's your question?

It's a TV show, come on.
