I don't think this is normal?

I've been very restless lately. I cannot sleep at night. I'll fall asleep around four am and wake up at noon or one in the afternoon. What's even stranger is I don't eat. Not because I don't want to, but because I have absolutely no appetite. I won't get hungry till like one in the morning. Could my odd sleeping pattern have to do with my appetite problem? I feel like my body is all out of whack.

  1. Maybe a visit to your DOCTOR would be helpful.

  2. Are you possibly depressed? If you think taht might be possible, you can take online quizzes to find out. There is one at healthyplace.com and one at lexapro.com. Of course, these are not comprehensive tests and you should consult your doctor if you think you may be having symptoms of depression.

  3. Your sleeping pattern could possibly have something to do with your decreased appetite. I would suggest seeing your physician. He/she could help you further.
