I don't understand,I apply everywhere,but no one has called back.I have 5 years of customer service?

Then you must understand the economy.  People are having a hard time finding a job.  If you have more experience then they are less likely to hire you because they don't want to pay you more.

Maybe you need to rework your resume.  When applying for a job, try to touch up your resume so that it emphasizes the skills the job is looking for.  A strong cover letter - again emphasizing specifically what the job offer is looking for - can also help.

Also, have you seen a job placement agency?  They might have recommendations for you as well (even if you don't find a job through them, just hearing their advice could be worthwhile).

It is also true that due to the economy right now finding a job might be harder, but just keep trying and hopefully something will work out.
