Yesterday i got bad results for my exams, which made me cry (the first time for ages) now I've been crying a lot since then because I've let everyone down, and did way worse than i thought i would.

I've been crying so much and i don't understand because i don't usually cry. I had been going through feelign really numb all the time(6months ish), but now i feel slightly better.

Whats going on?

  1. it's okay to cry

when you cry emotionally it lets out stress

I know how you feel, I cried once and I didn't stop crying the next few days

just let it all out and talk to someone you can trust

    you'll feel better later :)

    goodluck

  2. everyone cries. Its quite possible you have been bottling things up so long it built up inside your head and once the flood gates opened it all came pouring out.

You could also be beating yourself up for getting bad marks on the exam. I assume you studied and what not for it and you didnt do as well as you thought you would. Again thats perfectly normal to feel burned by it.

You didnt let anyone down no one is perfect just learn from your mistakes and things get better in the end :)

  3. It could be depression because of you failing the exams.  Seek help from a psychiatrist who may put you on antidepressants until you start to feel better.

  4. ur period makin hormones off balance? idk

    crying is normal though

  5. youv'e been feeling depressed.
