I don't understand Pieces of Flair application!?

Okay, so everyone has this application.

Greaaat, except I don't get it.

What are credits?

How do I send them to myself, so I don't have an empty board.

if you send flair to your friends, you will get credits. click the send button  when you are browsing the flair and you will get credits. and you can also click "add" to add to your profile. then click my flaire, organize, save, and update profile
