I don't understand my mother help please...?

she says she wants to be involved in my plans..i am 19yrs old but she wants to have a say in what i do and where i go..but yet she says i am old enough to decide for myself......what does she want?

  1. Your mom wants to continue being a part of your life and she probably sees how independent you are (if you are) and she if afraid she is losing her little little girl.

She wants to be there to help and guide you with the difficult bumps in the road that occur when trying to make it as a young adult on your own.  Some parents have a get lost attitude to their older kids, if she wants to be there, test her with small things and see how much you an really trust her involvment in your life at this stage.  It is not a bad thing to have advise from someone who has been there and done that, believe it or not, your mom has and loves you more than anyone in the world and is not your enemy, so, I'd stretch out my hand and at least extend a pinky.
