Discuss the interpretations of the Australian Landscape by Eugene Von Guerard, Conrad Martins, and Louis Buvelot. In your response consider the style, subject matter, and technique of at least one work by each artist.

What do i actually do?

you need to find out how each one described this landscape and then you half to give your opinion on how they write, what kind of style they write in and the subject matter of the article/book you found the description in, and the technique they used to write it.

The three people mentioned are artists (not authors).  

Look at the paintings they have done that include Australian landscapes.  Discuss how they presented the landscapes in their paintings.  How are they alike? How are they different?  What style does each use?

What subject matter (parts of the landscape?).  What techniques does each use?
