I have next to absolutely no cell phone experience, and was thinking about trying to save up for a EnV2~ It looks so awesome! It's really confusing though, because there's a lot of technology I'm being introduced to. First of all, it says you can pay for vcast or something? What is it? Do you like download your songs on there? Or do you browse a selection, and select some? Do you have to pay for each song? Is it more than just music?! And what's bluetooth? I think that costed extra too. Forgive my stupidity! Please add anything that will help me on my quest to understand cellphones better! DX

  1. V CAST includes many of the 3G features by Verizon Wireless. It includes V CAST Video, V CAST Music, and V CAST Mobile TV (on select phones, not the enV2).

    V CAST Music:

---Download songs from your computer and transfer them to your phone for $0.99 or download them right from your phone for $1.99 per song. If it is V CAST Music with Rhapsody enabled, you can pay $14.99 per month and get UNLIMITED music downloads.

    V CAST Video:

---Watch the latest headlines, news, sports, and clips from your favorite TV Shows.

V CAST Mobile TV (on select handsets, limited coverage):

---Watch live TV! The top 8 television networks are available. Phones that include this are the LG VX9400, LG Voyager, and a few others.

For $15.00 per month (a different plan than the music one) you can use the V CAST Video catalog and view all the content (except music videos) for free! The $15 per month plan is the V CAST V-Pack and includes streaming videos, unlimited mobile internet, unlimited data for get it now/media center. Yes, the V CAST V-Pack is more than just music! The $14.99 per month plan (available on select phones) is all about music. It is a different plan than the V CAST V-Pack.

Bluetooth is simply a feature on your phone. Bluetooth headsets and bluetooth stereo speakers are devices that WIRELESSLY link calls from your phone to your bluetooth headset. The bluetooth ability is free but the bluetooth headset is not. Bluetooth on a cell phone=advanced hands free device.

Also, I recommend going to http://mobileroar.com/forum and see what they say! It is the best place for mobile and gives people a large variety of things to discuss. It is more extensive than Yahoo! Answers. Become a member free. http://mobileroar.com/forum/register.php
