but people nowadays can afford much...like, gas prices have increased as well as food.

  4. I'm getting tired of these smarmy digs at Big Oil.  You had us going there for a minute, Tricia, but consider yourself exposed.  These CEO's have families TOO, you know?!?

It is obvious to many people that the SS (social security) is a ponzi scheme played on the public by the politicians.  The market is going up and the economy is suffering because people now realize that they must save money for when they get old.  They can not spend so much on fun and entertainment.  The economy slows down because of that.  The government gets scared and prints more money which causes inflation to raise prices.  Printing more money always makes money worth less.  So it takes more of it to buy the same things.
