I don't want flabby muscles if I swim a lot. How much can I swim without getting flabby?

  1. flabby muscles ? i'm a swimmer, and i guarantee i'm not flabby.

    in order to firm the muscles, you also should weightlift...this helps get stronger abs, triceps, etc. it's then you'll notice a ton more muscle.


  2. Okay, I'm really confused. Why would you get flabby muscles if you swim a lot? Swimming strengthens your muscles.  Olympic swimmers certainly don't have flabby muscles...

    And you can do it after weight training.  Just shower first, please.  

  3. Did you watch the swimming portion of the Olympics?  Did you see any flabby swimmers?
