What can I eat that won't make me gain weight but that will sustain me and keep me full so that my head will not hurt throughout the day.

I don't eat meat, fish, or dairy.

so I am basically asking what are some healthy foods to eat?

  1. A salad w/ sunflower seeds or pine nuts. The protein from the nuts will help satisfy you longer.  


  2. you could get tofu or stick with white rice it has your carbs to make you full and you wont gain weight.  

  3. well due to the fact that you don't eat fish, meat or dairy there is a slight problem because it is difficult just eating fruits and vegetables. But the healthiest way to cook meat would be grilling because it will leave it low in fat.  And you can always try brown rice which tastes good and is very healthy.
