Ok, the other day was my sisters birthday so me and my family went shopping at hollister and my mom said " you should get school cloths while we are here." I am a tomboy and I only really wear soccer shirts and soccer pants. Well, since I'm going into middle school I want a new image. I wanted to get something but I'm a little shy, so I told my mom "that since hollister isn't really my style (but I really do like the cloths) mabey you could go take me shopping at old navy" I think old navy would be a good start.

So could you please give me some pictures from some shops that are not that girlie and would be comfortable. I would just like some cloths that would be not that girlie and that would be comfortable in your opinion. Mabey some cloths from sears too.

Thanks a bunch!!!!!!!!!!

  1. try oursaleprice.com

    pretty cool and unique stuff

  2. I had the same problem at one time. What I recommend is that you start with anything that is wide and has a drawstring waistband because they'll be kind of looser like what you say you wear now. Old Navy has some jean trousers that are drawstring that are great and comfy. Also any of their graphic tees is a good start as far as shirts go. Good luck. I love Old Navy because none of their stuff ever fits tight. Sears probably has wide legged stuff too. Just look at their website.

  3. well, i have to say that you should happy the way you are :)

clothes shouldnt label a person as a tomboy, or goth, or emo, or girly or whatever.

but if you like old navy:

it might be a good place to start !

im sure you wouldnt be too confident in a mini skirt, huh?

well maybe a pair of skinny jeans would be right for you, theyre in fashion plus theyre comfy!

if you would like a skirt, there are these things called skorts, that have built in shorts underneath, but look just like skirts.

or get a skirt and wear shorts underneath :)

for a top: something flowy and a tank top would be good

bubble tops are really cute ! but not uncomfy

shoes: ballet flats are really comfy and cute!

these ones look like sneakers, but with a girly touch!

or a pair of jack purcell's sneakers

dont worry, just be yourself :)

but then again, dont be afraid to try new things!

dont be afraid to try Forever 21, Heritage 1981 or Charlotte Russe in the mall !
