I don't want to loose my information and programs?

My computers is down. A read disc error ocurred. I have tryed everything and still down.

Please, help me

unless you had your hard drive formatted  into separate drives

you could be in for a lesson   in  grrrrrrrrrrr

Take it from some one who has lost his share

Next time partition your hard drive   and  you wont lose info

in the event your operating system  goes  south

If its the hard drive   then  you could lose it all anyway
