  1. It seems that at least half the populating of the U.K. wants to live in America.  You have the entire E.U. and Commonwealth open to you, but you want to live in America.  America is a great place, but can only ace pt so many immigrants.  RIght now people from the U.K. cannot move to the U.S. because the U.K. is over their quota for this 5 yr. per id.  But maybe by the time you are old enough they will be able to .  You could consider trying to attend university in America on a student visa...that would be the best way to get some time here.  It is easy to idealize places you have not been to.  America is NOT like the television shows you see.  Visit here would be a good idea when you are older. For now, be a great student and prepare for university.

  2. As an english person, you would be totally out of place in the US, it really is a foreign country

  3. Have you ever actually been to America?

If not, then what you're feeling is just unhappiness with your life, and I think this has made you decide that America is the place to be. What is so great about America? Why would that make you happy? I think you're projecting your pain and depression onto an ideal that doesn't really exist- you have a glorified idea of what America will be like for you, but you have to realise that even if you moved countries, you'd still be the same person with the same thoughts and the same problems. You can run away from your family, but you can never escape your own mind.

I used to feel the same way. Sometimes, I'd be driving down the road, and I'd get the overwhelming urge to just carry on driving and leave the country. I wasn't unhappy with my life, I just sometimes felt like I needed to escape.

As for the past life thing, I can't comment without sounding rude. I don't believe in any of that sort of thing.
