I dont eat much ,but how can I lose wieght?

i gave birth to my son almost ayear , am now 65 kg since he was 3 months ,befor i get pregnant i was 55 kg .

i stopped breast feeding since he was 6 months , and still am 65 kg even though i dont eat that much ,i am eating as i was before pregrancy in other words before i get married , how can i get my old weight back ?i really need help am becomming nervouse coz my weihgt never change

  1. Eat sensible,  healthy meals and stop eating as soon as you feel full. I know Mom taught all of us to "clean or plate," but eat until you feel full, regardless as to the amount of food left on your plate.

Okay, here's what you need to do...you see, your body functions on food, so be sure to eat a big breakfast in the morning to get your metabolism up and running, then eat a healthy lunch..maybe a salad? Then for dinner, eat a nutritious dinner maybe consisting of another salad with some fruit. Oh, and if you get hungry in between meals, snack on something healthy like some veggies or fruit.
