  1. T o relieve your headache :- if you have vinegar in the house use it on a face flannel. 1st  dampen the cloth first with water, wring out the excess liquid then pour vinegar on the cloth and put it on your forehead then lie in a darkened room turning the cloth over each time you feel it is getting warm. Hope this advice helps.

  2. Cut down on sodium in your diet. Deep breathing exercises helps dilate your blood vessels. Relax as much as you can until you see the doctor.

  3. Your blood pressure should not be that high.  I hope you are on medication for it.  If you've been outside and sweating a lot you could be dehydrated.  You could also have a low blood sugar level.  Or it could just be stress from the test.  High blood pressure normally doesn't produce symptoms, that's why it's called the silent killer.

So take a nice long relaxing bath or hot shower, drink some chamomile tea, close your eyes and relax.  Turn off the computer and go to bed.

  4. You describe a medical problem that needs to be addressed by a competent local practitioner who can examine you.

  5. Decrease your sodium (salt). Drink more fluids (water).

As for the headache, use a cool cloth on your forehead and lay in a dark, quiet room.

Do get in to see your doctor kiddo. Maybe after school tomorrow.
