My gums are really sensitive and it's always been that way. My teeth are really close together every time I floss my gums bleed and they hurt afterward. I brush my teeth twice a day. And three times every once and a while. Is this bad for me to not be flossing?

  1. You have sensitive gums so you can't floss because they bleed. you should probably consult your dentist about it. because although you should floss if your gums bleed every time then you might be doing more damage than helping

  2. You should floss once a day because your teeth will go bad and your gums might be bleeding because you don't brush up by your gums.

  3. Floss more and your gums will stop being sensitive and bleeding when you do.

  4. you should floss at least every other day. this helps prevent gingivitis which can lead to heart disease. so i recommend flossing
