  1. Your body has adapted to the levels of caffine in the redbull.

This is the same effect as any other type of drug.  The more you take it the less your body reacts to get that stiumlation...which leads to taking more.  Same with any other stimulant.

  2. You have built a tolerance to caffeine.

Caffeine is actually a drug, just like alchohol or tobbacco, over time you build up a tolerance and need more and more to feel it's effects.

  3. You've had too many and have built up a tolerance for them.  Go Cold Turkey for a few weeks, and you should be back to normal.

  4. keep drinking it will give you wings

  5. cause you probably drink alot of the bottle at once

  6. How much do you normally drink? You could be use to the amount of caffeine in them. You may not be getting enough water.

Water can actualy increase our motabolism and energy levels by 3% when properly hydrated. We need 1 ounce for every 2 pounds of body weight plus 8 more for every 20 minutes of exercise. With hot/dry days and climates even more is needed.

Caffeine takes more water to process than enrgy drinks provide so they actually dehydrate us. When we are dehydrated we become tired even though caffeine should stimulate us. If not offset with additional water you could be wearing yourself down with too much caffeine. The maximum safe level we should consume in a day is 300mg and each serving of Red Bull has 80mg.

Also make sure you are getting enough sleep. There simply is no replacement for it. Once you hit a certain point nothing will work.

Do not take more than 1 energy drink a day. Red Bull recommends only having 1 to 2 a day. Even the 2nd largest selling energy drink, which is also the 1st and largest selling healthy energy drink, XS Energy suggests only having 1 a day and suggests against having more than 2.

  7. Because your body has probably gotten used to it and doesn't respond anymore.

You shouldn't be drinking energy drinks everyday anyway--they are full of sugar and caffeine and aren't good for you.  So, like coffee your body gets used to it and dependent and eventually you'll need more and more to get the same effects you used to get with just one.
