I dont get it with family safety????????

i have family safety on my computer and sometimes when i ask a question on yahoo and i go to press it , it wont let me go on it and its not like it has anything rude on it i just don't understand why it does that any help?? does anyone know why it would do that? i might not even be able to open this question up but i hope i can fingers crossed xx

that's because whatever word you ussing is on it's block list. it could be something like "cool" it doesn't really matter as long has it's on there your gonna need to remove it.

It's special software that is designed for your familys protection, as well as the computer. So even if your searching for something that is not anything bad, the site your clicking on could have some bad things in it, such as images and the software prevents you from viewing the site, which could be a harmful site, as some site are infected with virus which can then infect your computer and crash the system.
