I dont get this government constitution question. plz help?

The powers that the Constitution specifically grant to the branches of the government are called the enumerated powers. Identify the enumerated powers for the following:

a. President

b. Vice President

c. Congress

The word enumerated means listed or numbered.  You can find the powers of the president listed in Article II.  The powers of the vice-president (there aren't too many!) are in Articles I and II.  The enumerated powers of Congress are in Article I Section 8.
