I dont have a hangover but im throwing up like crazy. what i can i eat or drink to cure it?

Try to eat some fruit, drink a lot of water to hydrate your self and consider calling into work sick because if you've been throwing up like crazy and have to go to work in an hour... you are not going to feel considerably better in that period of time even if you stopped throwing up this very moment.

EAT SOMETHING GREASY -----FRIED BACON , HAMBURGER , CRUMBLE UP A HAMBURGER PATTY IN WHITE GRAVY AND SERVE ON TOAST  , FRIED HAM & EGGS , NOT A GOOD DIET BUT WILL SETTEL YOUR STOMACH

It's a good idea to keep charcoal tablets and curing pills on hand for situations like this. The charcoal tablets can be purchased at your local health food store.

H2O is the only really relief for a hangover, which can be avoided if you are fully hydrated before you drink.  But all the vomiting is a concern...milk products are hard to digest, fruit is acidic, try soda crackers or white toast.  Bland foods.

then you DO have a hangover.   That is what happens when you drink too much...alcohol is a toxin.  People who overindulge the night before work don't hold onto their jobs very long.  Use this as a life lesson.

There is no instant cure...your body needs time to eliminate the alcohol metabolites.  You need to be well hydrated, so in between throwing up, sip water and maybe take some Gravol.

Must of drank too much or ate something bad last night as well. Vomiting it up is the best solution, to get it out of you, to make you 'feel better'. I wouldn't suggest eatting or drinking anything to throw up more vomit, but just drink water to keep hydrated and if you start to feel better maybe some saltine crackers or something light. Might want to call in if not feeling better soon, don't want to throw up at work.
