I dont have a lot of money but lots of love and want to adopt child badly?

you should get a kid from an adoption agency they really need a mom but get one thats a teen they really don't get picked

Work at becoming a foster mom first.

That's easier.

From what others have said, I believe they have a foster to adoption plan that is now available.

Become a foster parent, Then adopt the kid.... It's free if you do it that way

If you arent finacially able dont put a child through that, wait untill you are finacially able.  But more power to you if you want a child that bad

I don't think it matters if you are disabled as long as you have a good home and lots of love.

You are out of luck.  If you are disabled and have no other form of income, every adoption agency and mother to be is going to shoot down your application.  You MIGHT, however, be approved as a foster parent depending on the circumstances.

Look at going through the foster care system.  The expenses involved are minimal and are often reimbursed by the state.  There is also an adoption tax credit (http://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc607.html) available for adoptive parents.
