I dont have an s-cable connection on my tower. is there another way for me to connect to my tv 2 play movies?

What kind of TV do you have and what inputs does it have on it? If you have a regular CRT tube TV you probably won't ever be able to connect it to your computer. With an HDTV you could use the VGA port on your computer and hook the TV up as a monitor. Some computers also have HDMI or DVI sockets that you could use as well. Without knowing exactly what your TV and computer specs are it's tough to say anything for sure. Look at the back of your computer and then look at the back of your TV, if you see two holes that match, hook them together.

yeah you could just hook up the component cables. Or but a RF  modulator.
