  1. any specific areas?  the classics:

    bench press: chest, shoulders, forearms

    bicep curls: biceps

    tricep presses: triceps

    squats: quads

    hinges: hamstrings, glutes

    those should get you started.  Google the terms for pics and instructions.  Always start with manageable weight and work yourself up.  Don't forget to stretch after!


  2. its easy..... take 2 dumbbells and lift them.... that should get your biceps going , also take 2 dumbbells and push them toward eachother to get some pecks

  3. A thing that has worked for me is a bench press, dumbells, and push-ups work your back, chest, and arm mucsles.

  5. Bench, back squat, front squat, shoulder press, straight bar curl, dumbbell curl, snatch, clean and jerk, deadlift, incline bench, tricep curls, dumbbell rows, bent press, dips, etc.

  6. Yes, there are so many...and it depends if you are working with free weights or a nautilus type contraption...If it's the former, you can do all kinds of arm curls...definitely google it

  7. bicep curls, deadlifts, tricep kickbacks, squats, bench press. Buy a book....it will be 100x more helpful.

  8. One easy one is push ups. It dosen't require any speacial equipment, and it's really efective!
