I dont know anything about foundation primers?

Question

If you use a foundation primer, do you not have to use the setting powder on top of your foundation?

or can you wear a primer under a foundation like loreal bare naturale mineral foundation? because its a loose powder?

also any primers you would recomend that i can buy in Australia ? (:

Defs darls, im a makeup artist based in Brisbane and I can totally say that you probably shouldn't use any facial makeup product as long as its Napoleon (i dont work for them, but their foundation can cover EVERYTHING)!  In concern to your question, primers can be replaced with moisturizer and that way you save money, but the powder after the foundation is vital as it gives you a flawless natural matte finish, so I'd say the powder afterwards is more important than a primer.
