  1. It may be hormonal change. It happens to all teens, i was a *****!!

I dont know if you are on birthcontrol but that did it for many of my friends.

I think its your age...If it continues I would ask your doctor, its hard to diagnois bipolar in younger people, are you under alot of stress or had alot of change in your life, these things can always have certain effects.

  2. If you're a teen, hormonal fluctuations, or simply pms. Nothing to worry about if it is. But otherwise I have no idea. Good luck hun!

  3. Sounds like nothing more than teenage anger. That and possibly a lack of patience. Learn to accept things instead of trying to make the world around you bend to your will. Life is hard, and nothing is going to change that. Working that out would be in your best interest, since life only gets more difficult and complex as you get older, so learning now will make the transitions easier.

  4. maybe there is something wrong with u but more than likely its normal..especially if u are a teen

  5. well if you are bi polar you have to have periods of time where you are EXTREMELY happy and I don't mean like an hour I mean like a month. Then you feel extremely down (usually sad not really mad) for a long period. So I don't think you are really bipolar.

Depression could be it. Usually depression is caused by something or it is just in your chemicals. Did something happen that could have brought this on??Or does a family member have the same symptoms as you??

I REALLY encourage you to talk to a professional about this like a psychiatrist. You need to tell someone who knows more about mental health all of your symptoms and let them figure it out. Because unlike us they can help you get some medication for your problem. because when you working your hardest to control your moods isn't working then it is time for medication.

I hope this helped! and God Bless!

  6. Labels, always people want to label themselves with names of disorders.  You are not a label, you are a person!

Relax, you are not weird.  Your body, at your age, is a boiling cauldron of hormones and mood fluctuations.

It SOUNDS like a typical teenager trying to deal with social, emotional, personal, scholastic, and relationship problems that happen to everyone your age.

Chill out and take life one step at a time.  Quit beating up on yourself. You are only human and these problems will resolve in time.  You will get better in dealing with them too!
