Question:

I dont know much about being a vegetarian but i am very concerned with animal cruelty?

i want to become a vegetarian. ive been thinking about it for a long time and i know i can do it, but i dont know everything i think i should. is there anything someone can tell me to help or inform me on brands, or food that i might not know support or fund animal crueltly. also are there any drinks that might have anything to do with cruelty to animals?

  1. If you go to Peta2.com and sign up for the mailing list, they send you a free brochure, some stickers and other goodies! That's what I did. They go in depth with what are some good vegetarian choices and what you can eat to replace your normal breakfast/lunches/dinners.


  2. Get a vegetarian cookbook.  It has all the recipes you need to be a vegetarian.  

  3. I can recommend a great cookbook. It is vegan w/ a vengeance. Also if you have not already watched it watch the video "meet your meat" you should be able to instantly give it up after that.Go to peta.com and there will be links to vegan websites.
