I dont know my PNR no. How could i know my train details.?

i booked my ticket from sec-bad to patna via howrah. while booking clerk gave me ticket from sec-bad to howrah & when he was printing onward journey ticket.. printer was failed. so, i could not get my PNR as well as other information about my train from from howrah to patna, but still i m having sec-bad to howrah roiginal ticket. i m travelling by danapur exp (2351). how could i know my PNR no & coach no. & berth no.

Have you got the rail ticket for you journey from Howrah to Patna ? If so , contact the booking office with Receipt No. if PNR No, is not available

as you said the original ticket should be secundrabad to Patna not as you mention secundrabad to Howrah.

that means you have taken ticket only up to Howrah and not as you are telling if you have mention onwards journey in the form then the original ticket must be secundrabad to Patna and reservation up to Howrah and then onwards journey ticket will be Howrah to Patna . if your original ticket is up to Howrah then you have to take another ticket for Howrah to Patna  and if you have fill the form correctly then you can lodge a complaint at the supervisor of the particular reservation centre .

if the printer failed to take a print out of ticket then the booking clerk is responsible to take another print out of the ticket if he has not given you the ticket then you can lodge a complaint at supervisor of the reservation counter in the particular reservation centre. you must have ticket with you otherwise you cannot travel so go to supervisor of that reservation counter and tell him the time and booking of your ticket and get one from him and also tell him the window number of that counter.

i hope this is the only way you can get a copy of the ticket

for onward journey ticket also you must have a reservation ticket in which your original ticket number will be mention.
