I dont know the name of this plant?

this plant give out big flowers and its beautiful in spanish its called (el canonazo de las nueve) but in english what is the name , the plower blooms at 9p.m only and once then dies

You are probably thinking of one of these two plants. Ipomoea alba and Datura inoxia (or D. innoxia).

There are other night blooming plants but these have the large flowers you mentioned.

What color are the flowers? What does the plant look like? I have a huge plant with big white flowers in my yard and they are called moon flowers because the only open up at night.

I think you have two Cuban national treasures mixed together.

The flower is a Butterfly Flower that lives everywhere including the Fort in Havana where the 9:00 P.M. cannons are fired that can be heard around the entire city.

I believe that what you have is called a moonflower.  The latin name is Datura.  The seed pods are highly toxic and will cause skin irritation if handled.  They can cause death in animals or household pets if ingested.
